Third Grade Store

Who: Third grade students will earn “play money” for daily work, following class rules and doing good deeds in class…these are a few examples

What: Working with money, making change and counting money.

Where: In class

When: We will begin on November 15th – until all our merchandise is gone or about December 3

How: I am asking students to go through their toys, trinkets, games and books. Students will donate item to the class store. Students will not get the items back that they donate to the store, but they will have opportunities to buy stuff from the store that other classmates bring in. This is voluntary – students do not need to bring in their most favorite things. on our 4th Science Weekly and there are many good ideas in there each week.
